  • Q : Where is this item coming from/shipping ?
    A : All items are sent/origin from East Java - INDONESIA.
  • Q : What languages do you speak ?
    A : You can contact us in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
  • Q : Does the buyer have to have an import permit ?
    A : For PLANTS ONLY : Currently, the countries that apply import permits for purchasing plants from abroad are the USA, CANADA, HONGKONG, PHILIPPINES, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE.
  • Q : How to pay for the order ?
    A : We use secure payments for both buyers and sellers. Currently the default payment in our store is PAYPAL. If you want another payment method, please contact us first.
  • Q : How long does it take to process an order ?
    A : For PLANTS : Takes 1 - 2 weeks for the process of obtaining export permits & laboratory examinations for the issuance of Phytosanitary Certificates. Plants can be sent if a Phytosanitary Certificate has been issued. For other items : Takes 1 - 3 business days.
  • Q : How much is the shipping cost, delivery time and how is it delivered ?
    A : For PLANTS : The shipping fee is 60 USD per box with estimated delivery is 5 - 10 working days to the destination of the package. Shipping services using DHL EXPRESS / CARGO. For other items : Shipping costs are 20 USD per box. Estimated delivery 12 - 14 working days to the package destination. Delivery service using the post.
  • Q : How do i track my order ?
    A : We will send Post / DHL EXPRESS tracking number and link via email so buyers can monitor the journey of their package.
